Reports to Excel for you and your accountant
Each button downloads an Excel file for the dates you choose. Column names are in English, so any accountant can read them.
Step by step
- Open Reports to Excel. From the menu.
- Choose From and To.
- Press Download Excel on the report you need. Sales register, Purchase register, Dues, Stock summary, Party statements (one sheet per party, up to 40), Items and prices, Edit history, or All in one file.
- Send it. The file is in your Downloads; attach it on WhatsApp or e-mail.
Worked example
For October GST, choose 1–31 October and download the Sales register: every bill, credit note and debit note with taxable value, CGST, SGST, IGST, TCS and total. Your accountant checks it against GSTR-1.
Common mistakes and how to fix them
- Old .xls expected. Files are .xlsx; any Excel from 2007, Google Sheets or LibreOffice opens them.
